30 Day Shred, Day 18

Yes, I did fall a little behind, what with all the hectic activities of daily life...oh well, 12 days to go! It's been going pretty good, but my DVD player won't play the DVD, so I've been doing Level 2 from memory for the last few days. Actually, the day after the first day I did my "memory" version, I was pretty sore...so I guess I pushed myself even harder than Jillian. I just didn't want to fall behind. I need to figure out what's wrong with the player so I can advance to Level 3...I'm ready! So far, I've lost an inch from my waist and hips, a half inch from my thighs, and gained a quarter inch on my biceps. I also gained 4 lbs. I'm not sure if it's from eating more because I'm hungrier, or from gaining muscle...we'll go with the "gaining muscle" option! :)
